Orders can be canceled or returned through your Redway account or by contacting One Redway at (844)-733-1929 or emailing us at support@redwaybrands.com.(support@redwaybrands.com)

Refunds are issued immediately once Redway receives the returned merchandise. Depending on your bank, funds can take anywhere from 1-10 business days to show on your account. All refunds are issued back onto the original payment method or on a Redway e-gift card. Redway e-gift card refunds can be used immediately.

YES! Since Redway is one company, One Redway issues all order cancellations, refunds, & exchanges from all Redway global platforms. All platforms may have their own return policies but all Redway owned brands follow the international returning policy shown on the One Redway website.

Unfortunately no, since all of our stores run on different servers we cannot connect the platforms to accept gift cards from our other sister brands. All Redway gift certificates can be used at all Redway stores, to purchase a Redway gift certificate, go to www.oneredway.com.
